At Husky & Purr, we aim to make every delivery smooth, reliable, and transparent. This policy outlines how we currently ship orders within India and how we communicate delivery expectations to our customers.


1. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across India only.

2. Free Shipping Across India

We are pleased to offer free shipping across India on eligible orders.

In certain exceptional cases, shipping availability or shipping charges may vary depending on factors such as product type, package size, delivery location, serviceability, or other operational considerations. Any such exceptions, where applicable, will be communicated clearly during the purchase or order confirmation process.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside our operating hours are processed on the next working business day.

Processing timelines may be slightly extended during festive periods, promotional campaigns, high order volume periods, or operational disruptions beyond our control.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, most orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, and serviceability.

Estimated timelines may vary based on metro and non-metro locations, remote or difficult-to-service areas, weather conditions, public holidays, and courier network constraints.

The delivery timeline shown at checkout or communicated after dispatch is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the relevant shipment details, including tracking information, via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels, wherever applicable.

You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

6. Delivery Partners

To ensure reliable fulfillment across India, we ship orders through trusted courier and logistics partners integrated with our fulfillment system.

Courier partner allocation may vary depending on the delivery pincode, parcel weight, dimensions, and service availability.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to ensure that all shipping details, including full name, delivery address, landmark, city, state, pincode, and phone number, are entered correctly at the time of placing the order.

Husky & Purr will not be responsible for delivery issues, delays, or return-to-origin cases arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable address details provided by the customer.

If you need to request an address update, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. While we will try our best to help, address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.

8. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier operational delays, weather disruptions, transport interruptions, regional restrictions, inaccurate customer information, or other force majeure events.

In such situations, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue as far as reasonably possible.

9. Multiple Shipments

In certain cases, an order containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, packaging requirements, or warehouse processing logic.

If this happens, you may receive separate shipment updates for different items within the same order.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts / Return to Origin

If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as customer unavailability, invalid address, repeated non-contactability, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases, re-dispatch or refund eligibility, if any, will be handled at our discretion after reviewing the order status, shipping cost incurred, and the reason for non-delivery.

11. Damaged Packaging or Delivery Concerns

If the outer packaging appears visibly tampered with, damaged, or compromised at the time of delivery, we request you to refuse delivery where appropriate or record clear evidence and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

12. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

International shipping forms part of our planned expansion, and we are actively working toward launching cross-border delivery for select markets in a phased and operationally reliable manner.

Once international shipping becomes available, relevant details such as countries served, shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, customs-related information, and order eligibility will be published on this page and updated from time to time.
