Where do you ship, is shipping free, and do you offer international delivery?

We currently ship across India only and offer free shipping on eligible orders. In certain exceptional cases, shipping availability may vary depending on the product, package size, delivery location, or serviceability. How do I place, track, or cancel an order, and how long does delivery take?

To place an order, simply select your preferred product, add it to cart, and complete checkout using the available payment options. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or you can check from the order detail page itself. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and most deliveries are completed within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, holidays, weather, or other operational factors.

How do returns or refunds work for damaged, defective, or wrong items?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We accept return requests for eligible unused products within 10 days of delivery, subject to approval after inspection. Refunds are processed only for approved cases that meet our policy terms.
